Who we are looking for? We are currently seeking a dynamic member to join our manufacturing shop floor team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of routine manufacturing tasks, such as the production of tips, labeling and packaging of products, assembly of kits and materials and operating small equipment or machines. The successful candidates will have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately in order to meet daily packaging requirements. This position requires the candidate to have the flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required. We are looking for someone who has: Manual dexterity to perform routine packaging, labelling and assembly tasks. Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and efficiently to meet production targets. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; able to manage time and meet production targets. An excellent work ethic and integrity. Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis with accuracy and close attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal. Ability to read and understand a variety of written operating instructions (SOP's & Work Instructions) and to accurately complete daily forms or other documents as required by the Quality Management System. Ability to make general mathematical calculations. Availability to work overtime & weekends, as necessary. Previous experience working in a manufacturing production facility (preferred). Proven experience in Manufacturing and/or experience within the Medical Device manufacturing industry is required.
