Analyze and prepare construction schedules, claims, and expert reports, using specialized methods such as forensic schedule analysis, labor and productivity studies, and claims quantification. Contribute to proposals, work directly with clients, participate in industry associations, and continue professional development through training.

Senior Consultant

Analyze construction documents and prepare claims, expert reports, and supporting materials for dispute resolution proceedings. Manage client mandates, lead and mentor teams, review work for quality, develop client relationships and business opportunities, and contribute to marketing and industry engagement.

Consultant

Analyze and prepare construction claims and expert reports, and develop and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Provide construction advisory services, including schedule development, monitoring and control, risk management, forensic analysis, productivity studies, and claim quantification.
