Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarnia, ON. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR programs, support leadership with workforce planning, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting. The role also involves coordinating training and development initiatives, guiding managers on HR best practices, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with ReVital Polymers’ sustainability-focused mission. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of employment laws, health and safety regulations, and HR compliance requirements in Ontario. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to design and support training, development, and change management initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools, with strong organizational and documentation skills. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation or progress toward it is an asset. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or environmental services sectors is considered an advantage. Requirements

Requires demonstrated experience in core HR functions and mandatory experience working with unions within a manufacturing or industrial environment. A post-secondary degree in HR or Business and a CHRP/CHRL designation is preferred.
