Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Associate (Union) for our Winnipeg, MB branch who will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing and stacking skids, sorting freight and verifying goods received along with other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Pick and verify products against customer orders and shipping documents. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate materials and methods. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as authorized. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before shipment. Prepare bills of lading, manifests, packing slips, and other shipping documentation. Process shipments using warehouse management and transportation management system. Coordinate with admin to resolve order issues. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Follow company policies, inventory procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Support other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Team player with positive attitude and good work ethic with a sense of urgency to meet specific commitment times. Good communication skills. WMS experience and/or TMS experience. Experience with Microsoft Office specifically email and Teams. Forklift license.
