Job Description As the District Administrative Specialist based in our Calgary Main location, you will be the first point of contact providing exemplary client service encompassing a high level of professionalism. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide general administrative support and offer general assistance & information to callers on banner products, locations, addresses and contacts. How You Will Thrive With Us You will be the face of the branch and be the first point of contact and will answer all inquiries and telephone calls with a high level of passion and enthusiasm You are professional and looking to make a difference by ensuring you provide a high level of customer service You will make a difference by helping your fellow colleagues by taking on administrative tasks and also ensuring that they receive all the documentation to do their job in a timely fashion. You will be a Brand Ambassador and will enhance every customer experience with your ability to offer exceptional service, your great communication skills and your friendly demeanour and ensure all company policies are followed.
