Job details
Company Description Rezaltz Inc., established in 2020, is a privately held holding company focused on building and scaling category-leading businesses across nine distinct sectors. The company owns and operates ventures in energy, automotive consulting, digital ecosystems, real estate and advisory, and global trade and structuring, among others. Rezaltz Inc. uses a diversified portfolio strategy and unified balance sheet to balance risk across market cycles and support long-term growth. Operating with founder-led conviction and no public market pressure, the company selectively partners with founders, dealer groups, and enterprises where collaboration drives mutual value. This disciplined and selective approach enables Rezaltz Inc. to focus on high-impact, scalable opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new partnership and investment opportunities across Rezaltz Inc.’s portfolio sectors, conduct market and competitive analysis, and build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and founders. The role includes developing and presenting proposals, structuring deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end business development pipeline from prospecting to closing. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align growth initiatives with portfolio strategy, track performance metrics, and prepare clear reports and recommendations. The individual will also represent Rezaltz Inc. in external meetings, virtual events, and industry networks to expand brand presence and generate leads. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within investment, consulting, or multi-sector environments. Strong skills in market research, opportunity assessment, and financial or commercial analysis to evaluate and prioritize potential deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with skill in building trust-based relationships with founders, executives, and stakeholders. Ability to manage pipelines, develop structured proposals, and drive complex deals to closure while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of or interest in sectors such as energy, automotive consulting, digital marketing/SEO, real estate, or global trade and structuring. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage. Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led, or high-growth organizations, with a mindset focused on scale, selectivity, and long-term value creation.
