Job summary

CONSTRUCTION LABOURER RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in joining our Construction Team in Virden, MB area. The successful candidates will be involved in the day-to-day operations, including the preparation and installation of fiber internet infrastructure. General Responsibilities: Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment Conduct daily equipment inspection reports on equipment before use. Report any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately Secure special attachments to equipment Assist with general labour duties when needed, to complete fiber optic construction projects Transport materials to and from the jobsite, including loading and unloading Using proper tie-down procedures, secure materials to be transported to ensure the safety and security of the load Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and in compliance with company PPE standards Complete all required accurate paperwork on a daily basis, including daily site meeting, drivers’ logs, equipment daily inspection forms, and attendance tracking Other reasonable duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: Excellent communication skill both verbal and written Experience with heavy equipment for underground construction (Backhoes, excavators, cat dozer directional drills, hydrovac, semi/trailers, dump trailers) would be considered an asset, but willing to train suitable applicants Must have a valid Class 5 license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset) Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities Must be currently authorized to work in Canada What We Offer Competitive entry-level salary Training, mentorship, and career development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow and development Benefits package and long-term career stability " If interested, please apply on our career centre: Career Centre | Recruitment or email us your resume and the position you are applying to at careers@rfnow.net.
