Rhodes Wellness College is seeking Clinical Supervisors to join our Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program in Vancouver at 116 West 6th avenue at our new campus. We are building a team that is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and committed to developing clinicians who can think critically, communicate effectively, and practice responsibly within a modern healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a new and evolving program within an established college, and to help shape how future RMTs think and practice. Role Overview We are hiring clinical supervisors across the RMT program to provide clinical supervision in the student clinic. Clinical supervisors support student learning in the on-site teaching clinic, and at outreach locations. Clinical supervisors play a key role in bridging theory to practice, ensuring that students deliver safe, ethical, and patient-centred care while developing clinical reasoning and professional confidence. Delivery format is in-person. Key Responsibilities Facilitate active, experiential learning in clinical settings Support development of clinical reasoning, communication, and professional behaviour Provide clear, constructive feedback and evaluate student performance Maintain a safe and ethical learning environment for students and patients/clients Uphold standards related to consent, boundaries, and patient communication What We’re Looking For Required (RMT Applicants): Registered Massage Therapist in good standing Minimum 2 years of clinical practice Ideal attributes: Evidence-informed, biopsychosocial approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to teach beyond technique (reasoning, consent, professionalism) Open to feedback and ongoing development Teaching experience is an asset, but not required.
