Job summary

The Facility Assistant will support the safe and efficient operation of a crop inputs facility by managing the storage and shipping of grains and crop inputs. They will also provide operational support to staff and customers while ensuring excellent service standards.

We currently have an opportunity for a Facility Assistant, Ag/Grain at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Kindersley, SK. As a Facility Assistant you will be part of a team that works hands on to support the safe, efficient operation of a crop inputs facility. Responsibilities: Storage and shipping of western Canadian crop inputs/grains Operational support and assistance to location staff and customers Operation of facility equipment and controls Provide excellent customer service Qualifications: A valid driver’s licence is required Minimum of one year grain handling or crop inputs experience Proven communication and interpersonal skills; and customer service skills Ambition and organizational skills Orientation to accuracy and detail An agriculture background is an asset Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.
