Nous avons actuellement un poste à pourvoir de commis à la réception par camion à notre terminal portuaire Richardson de Sorel, au Québec. Ce poste consiste à fournir un soutien administratif aux opérations de réception et d'expédition par camion, ainsi qu'à effectuer diverses tâches administratives, telles que le traitement des bons de commande, des bons de livraison, etc. Le rôle de commis à la réception par camion est un poste saisonnier de niveau débutant pour la période automne-hiver. L'emploi peut se prolonger tant que la charge de travail est suffisante. Responsabilités: • Réception et expédition de camions ; traitement des bons de commande. • Gestion des transactions. • Tri et impression des bons de commande. • Collecte de données. • Autres tâches connexes. Exigences: • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent. • Connaissances de base des applications Microsoft, du traitement de texte et de la saisie de données. • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités dans un environnement au rythme soutenu. • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision minimale. • Compétences en relations interpersonnelles, en communication et en service à la clientèle. • Maîtrise du français et connaissances de base de l'anglais (oral et écrit). This position is responsible for providing administrative support for truck receiving and shipping operations, as well as performing various administrative tasks, such as processing purchase orders, delivery slips, etc. The Truck Receiving Clerk role is an entry-level, seasonal position for the fall-winter period. Employment may continue as long as there is sufficient workload. Responsibilities: • Truck receiving and shipping; processing purchase orders. • Transaction management. • Sorting and printing purchase orders. • Data collection. • Other assigned tasks. Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education equivalent. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, word processing, and data entry. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. • Fluency in French and basic spoken and written English skills.
