Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and self-reliant individual with solid experience in the financial services industry and an excellent understanding of the needs of wealth management clients. The ideal candidate has exceptional client service skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a demanding professional environment. This is an existing vacancy. Duties and Responsibilities Investment Advisor Support • Support investment advisors in preparing, analyzing, and presenting documents and reports for clients, including investment policy statements, portfolio assessments, financial programs, retirement projections, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals. • Collect, analyze, and summarize client financial and personal information to meet client needs and help develop strategies tailored to their goals. • Prepare financial planning analyses and reports and help formulate recommendations based on each client’s situation, goals, and profile. • Execute and track transactions on behalf of investment advisors, in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements. Administrative and Compliance Support • Assume responsibility for all administrative tasks, including opening accounts, updating client information, applying financial and non-financial changes, and processing various money movement requests. • Follow up as needed with clients, investment advisors, and various internal and external stakeholders while managing files carefully and maintaining a highly efficient workflow. • Help plan and organize annual, monthly, and everyday team actions. Client Service • Provide professional, personalized, and high-quality client service by responding effectively to inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels. • Respond to client requests, demonstrating a solid understanding of traditional brokerage services and related administrative processes. • Prepare client portfolio valuation, return, and performance reports. • Collaborate with clients’ accountants and other professionals by fulfilling requests for information and providing required documentation. Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in wealth management or brokerage • Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) • Certified Financial Planner (Pl. Fin.) with the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF/IPF) • Excellent spoken and written French • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce • Quick grasp of new technologies, platforms, and apps • Excellent management and client relations skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to set priorities, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-reliance, high standards, and proactivity • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties Training and Professional Designations • Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) • Certified Financial Planner (Pl.
