pharmacy assistant

Overview We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily focused on preparing and managing blister packs, while also assisting with regular pharmacy duties as needed. Previous pharmacy experience is required, even if minimal. Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain blister packs accurately and efficiently * Process prescriptions and assist with dispensing * Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations * Assist patients in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner * Maintain an organized and clean work area * Follow pharmacy policies and procedures Requirements * Previous pharmacy experience (even minimal) * Experience preparing blister packs is an asset * Experience with Kroll is an asset * Fluent in English * Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset, but not required * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team What We Offer * Supportive and respectful work environment * Consistent hours and predictable schedule * On-site parking * Opportunity to gain experience in a busy community pharmacy *Job Type:* Full-time *Expected Hours:* 20?40 hours per week *Schedule:* * Monday to Friday * 10:00 AM ? 6:00 PM *Experience:* * Pharmacy: 1 year preferred If you have pharmacy experience and are looking to join a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
