Outside Parts Salesperson Department: Parts Reports To: Parts Manager ---------------------------------------- Overview Richwil Truck Centre Ltd. is seeking a responsible, highly motivated individual to join our ever-growing parts department and become the new Parts Outside Salesperson. ---------------------------------------- About: Richwil Truck Centre Ltd. is a full-service International® Truck dealership, carrying a full line-up of new International trucks, used trucks and trailers by Fontaine and Deloupe, located in Woodstock and Fredericton, NB, and proudly providing parts and service to The Maritimes since 1985. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching customers, and collaborating internally to generate profitable sales leads. * Grow and maintain the customer base through proactive engagement, value-driven sales meetings, understanding needs and budgets, and building long-term relationships representing International Truck products and services. * Develop and present tailored solutions by creating accurate quotes, negotiating offers, addressing objections, and ensuring clear communication to secure customer satisfaction. * Close sales by fulfilling legal and business requirements, coordinating delivery, and administering deals per company processes. * Track and report sales activity by analyzing wins/losses, following up with customers, and preparing KPI-based performance updates. * Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture by participating in team initiatives, upholding confidentiality, pursuing professional development, and contributing to business goals. * Leverage business understanding to support informed decisions, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth aligned with customer industries and needs. * Persuade and influence stakeholders by building relationships, understanding perspectives, and securing buy-in for initiatives and strategic directions. * Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of International and IC Bus offerings, aligning value propositions with customer needs and business objectives. ---------------------------------------- Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, etc. * Excellent communication skills * Previous experience in a heavy-duty dealership is preferred * Experience in an automotive dealership is considered an asset * Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CDK or equivalent is considered an asset ---------------------------------------- Benefits: * Competitive industry salary, based on experience and qualifications * Paid weekly * Paid training opportunities * Holiday/training bonuses * Paid vacation/personal days * Boot allowance * Group health benefit plan * RRSP benefit plan * Dedicated team to help you succeed! ---------------------------------------- How to Apply: Ready to join the Richwil family?
