As an Installation Tech, you will be installing our RideWrap Tailored Protection Kits on to our customers bikes, saving them the hassle so they can Ride More, Worry Less! You will be a part of a local, rider owned company who are passionate about the sport, the community, and our team. About You * You’re stoked about biking. * Love working with your hands. * Have a keen attention to detail. * Maintain a strong work ethic and positive team attitude. * We can train the rest. Responsibilities * Clean, detail, and prepare bikes for install. * Install bike protection kits ensuring the highest quality. * Rebuild protected bikes. * Perform quality checks on all bikes, and give back to the customer looking better than they came in. * Collaborate to check each other’s work and share/receive feedback to improve overall install quality. * Maintain a tidy workspace in both the install and production areas. * Support customer service. * Assist in warehouse organization. * Providing support to the production team when necessary (eg. preparing orders, assisting shipping and receiving, operating the printers etc.) * Other duties as assigned. Experience / Qualifications * Positive attitude, and willing to learn * Attention to detail * Customer service experience - an asset. * Experience working with vinyl or PPF products - an asset. * Experience working with bikes - an asset.
