*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain HAAS Vertical milling machine, to produce precision metal and plastic components. Ability to interpret blueprints will be essential and is capable of completing set-ups and operating mills and/or lathes in a production environment *Responsibilities* Read and interpret drawings Set-up and Operate CNC Machines with no supervision Ensure that machined parts conform to specifications Help to maintain machines and work areas as required Minimum 5 years work experience setting up and operating CNC Milling machines. Lathe experience is an asset but not required. Ability to read blueprints and understand dimensions and tolerances Must be proficient with micrometers, calipers, depth and height gauges, and other measuring tools;Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role with hands-on machining skills. Mechanical knowledge of machine tool operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
