Labourer

RIMEX is the leading custom manufacturer of all off road wheel and rim assemblies. RIMEX also offers a full range of complementary products to match their wheel counterparts. We have a Full Time position available for a Labourer to join our Milton operation. Responsibilities * Preparing orders for shipments to customers * Loading/unloading shipments using forklift * Organization of warehouse area * Inventory Control * Heavy lifting required * General labourer duties * Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Education and/or Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in a warehouse/shop environment * Experience using hand tools * 2 years experience in warehouse shipping/receiving an asset * Forklift certification an asset Other Skills & Abilities * Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self directed, resourceful, motivated and results oriented * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure * Great attention to detail with the ability to focus on the task at hand * Ability to work independently or in a team * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Familiarity with agricultural, mining and/or manufacturing industries and experience with rims/wheels an asset Benefits * Advancement Opportunities * Great company culture * Family owned with Family values * RRSP Program * Performance Incentive Program * Competitive wages * Company paid events * Gift cards * Extended health coverage * Dental & Vision care * Travel Medical insurance * Employee assistance program * Life Insurance / Accidental Death

The Labourer is responsible for preparing customer orders, loading and unloading shipments using a forklift, and maintaining warehouse organization. They must also manage inventory control and perform general labour duties safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in a warehouse or shop environment using hand tools. Forklift certification and two years of shipping/receiving experience are considered assets.
