We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Design, to deliver new features and enhancements Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive best practices for software design and development Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills What Our Client Offers Fully remote work flexibility Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive health benefits Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Opportunities for professional growth and technical leadership Collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture
