Additional Duties Will Include Phase 1 -Warehouse and Customer Service A focus on inventory management, warehousing procedures, project quoting, invoicing, shipping and receiving, returns management and customer service, e-channel fulfillment and SLA performance. Phase 2 – Supplier Relationships and Procurement A focus on problem solving, relationship building and bridging customers and vendors needs, data analysis and demand forecasting, supplier development and managing world class service across the board. Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales A focus on business development, channel development, and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer and supplier partnerships. Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
