Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients and builders to provide tailored cabinetry solutions for projects. Develop pricing and cost estimates to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. Submit pricing for jobs. Prepare and present cabinetry proposals that align with client visions and project specifications. Conduct on-site visits to measure spaces, assess project requirements, and provide installation guidance when required. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee accurate orders and on-time project completion. Advise clients on materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring their selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs. Manage and oversee projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer service experience to drive repeat business. Stay ahead of industry trends, new materials, and best practices to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project. Work closely with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges. Required Skills & Experience: 1+ years of experience in cabinetry design. A strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings with precision. Strong problem-solving skills, especially when assessing site conditions or plans for cabinetry installation. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals. A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. Ability to learn and use design software for cabinetry.
