Pay: CA$50,000- $55,000 per year Ritchie's Flooring is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Flooring Sales Representatives while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from the initial inquiry through project completion. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients in our showroom and provide exceptional customer service. Assist the Flooring Sales Representatives with day-to-day project administration and coordination. Complete material takeoffs from construction drawings. Prepare accurate quotations for clients. Process and place material orders with suppliers. Coordinate and track orders to ensure projects stay on schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and projects when the Sales Executive is away. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal departments. Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems. Support the sales process from initial inquiry through project completion. Qualifications Fluent in both English and French (bilingual is required). Previous experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software. Experience reading construction drawings is considered a strong asset. Experience in flooring, construction, building materials, or a related industry is an asset. Customer service driven with a passion for creating positive client experiences. Full-Time/On-site
