The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions. Create visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs. Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. Develop and document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.. Collect POS reports from distributors and provide a sales summary Respond to German headquarters’ inquiries by identifying the information sources to be used Automate, streamline and further develop report templates, reporting processes and infrastructure Update pricing in SAP, maintain discounts and generate customer price lists. Maintain and updates sales territories and representative assignments as required. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data. Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High standards of ethics and confidentiality Experience using SAP and SAC is an asset.
