Role: Loan IQ Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Long term Project Must Have: hands-on experience with Reconciliation. Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) for data validation and analysis. Job Description: · Business Analyst with strong expertise in commercial and syndicated lending operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and system enhancements within the LoanIQ platform. The role requires deep understanding of the loan lifecycle, LoanIQ functionality, and banking operations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Technical, hands-on experience with Reconciliation. Ability to perform advanced queries. · Deep understanding of commercial lending, syndicated loans, and agency operations. · Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management. · Proven ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and root cause analysis within banking systems. · Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) for data validation and analysis. · Strong documentation and communication skills.
