Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) role. The RMT will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based massage therapy, and educate clients on home care and self-management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate SOAP notes and clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other practitioners as appropriate. Position Requirements The successful candidate will: Be responsible, reliable, and committed to a strong work ethic Provide professional, compassionate, and client-focused care Actively listen to and respond to client needs Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of client progress Maintain complete, accurate, and timely SOAP notes and clinical documentation Hold the appropriate Alberta registration/licensing required to practice Massage Therapy Hold a valid Health Enhancement Practitioner License with the City of Edmonton Be in good standing with an approved RMT association Hold valid professional liability insurance Have multiple treatment modalities — an asset Have Manual Osteopathic experience — an asset Availability to work evenings and/or weekends — an asset Conditions of Employment Successful candidates will be required to provide: Proof of a satisfactory criminal record check Proof of a valid and current practice permit/license Proof of valid and current professional liability insurance Interested in Joining Our Team? Requirements

Must hold a valid Health Enhancement Practitioner License from the City of Edmonton and be in good standing with an approved RMT association. Requires proof of a clean criminal record, a current practice permit, and valid liability insurance.
