Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to plant equipment Dismantle and reassemble equipment when required for repair or transportation Move equipment to appropriate site for repair or maintenance Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation Perform manual labour responsibilities throughout the plant when needed Perform general housekeeping and yard work Attend meetings and wear PPE while on site, etc. Participate in Company Safety program and initiatives Other duties as assigned Qualifications Journeyperson millwright designation Valid drivers license Clean drivers abstract 2+ years of previous experience WHIMIS training is an asset CSTS Certification is preferred Prior experience on concrete plants is preferred Must be able to be clean shaven for work- a mask fit is required for employment Key Attributes Strong mechanical and problem solving skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Continuous improvement mind set Emphasis on safety and supporting a safe work environment Hours of Work Hours of work in this position may vary and could include hours worked Monday through Sunday Overtime may be required to support operations from time to time, especially during the busy construction season Work Environment This position is plant based and often works outdoors exposed to the elements. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Millwright designation and possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. At least 2 years of experience is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks and maintain a clean-shaven appearance for mask fitting.
