Document and analyze current-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop future-state process designs and recommend automation, integration, or technology solutions to address business requirements. Create effort estimates, implementation plans, solution recommendations, and supporting documentation for client initiatives. Design and implement system integrations, workflow automations, and process improvements across various business applications. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and modern automation technologies to build and support solutions. Support API integrations, data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure successful solution delivery. Own projects from discovery through implementation, managing deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communication, and overall delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar platforms. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Experience with workflow automation platforms (REWST, Power Automate, or similar). Experience working directly with business leaders and stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Development, systems integration, or technical consulting background with the ability to execute technical solutions. Experience designing and implementing workflow automations, systems integrations, and process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping, and solution design principles. Experience estimating effort, scoping work, and independently managing deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations and lead discovery sessions. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a client-facing environment.
