Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant with strong Workday integration and global payroll implementation expertise to support a large-scale Workday-to-ADP payroll implementation. This consultant will play a key role in configuring and supporting Workday integrations, coordinating global payroll activities across multiple countries, and providing day-to-day project coordination to ensure a successful implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR technology, payroll, and project delivery. This contract is offered at 20-hours per week, with an initial term of 7-months. The consultant will work defined days. Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday payroll integrations with ADP, including PECI. Manage Integration Business Processes, document delivery, and .DAT configuration files across environments. Support global payroll implementations, including testing, payroll validation, UAT, parallel runs, and cutover activities. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and ADP consultants to resolve integration and payroll issues. Coordinate implementation activities, maintain project trackers and action logs, and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress. Qualifications 7+ years of HRIS or Workday consulting experience. Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll integrations and ADP. Strong knowledge of PECI, Integration Business Processes, and Workday integration troubleshooting. Experience supporting global payroll implementations across multiple countries. Familiarity with payroll compliance, country-specific payroll requirements, and tenant migrations. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Workday Studio or Core Connector experience. Experience with India payroll implementations or other global payroll deployments. Experience using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project. Workday Integration or Payroll certification.
