We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to help design, build, and support a secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in modernizing cloud operations, improving system reliability, strengthening security controls, and enabling development teams to deliver applications efficiently and securely. What you will do and how you will make an impact … You will be responsible for maintaining and advancing the organization's cloud infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence. Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure AWS cloud environments using industry best practices. Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration management. Implement and support cloud security controls, governance frameworks, auditing processes, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployment processes utilizing Docker and cloud-native technologies. Monitor system health, performance, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business. Lead incident response efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams during outages, and drive root cause analysis and remediation activities. Develop automation tools, scripts, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation solutions to ensure system reliability. Support complex networking environments, including hybrid cloud architectures and AWS networking services. Qualifications ... Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience supporting public cloud environments. 3+ years of hands-on networking experience, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. Proven experience managing production environments that require high levels of uptime and operational excellence. Nice to have ...
