Technical Program Manager (AI Agents & Incident Management) Remote Anywhere in Canada 6-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential) We're partnering with a leading technology organization operating a large-scale, highly regulated cloud environment to hire a Technical Program Manager who combines strong program delivery skills with hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a TPM who has worked closely with engineering teams, supported incident management initiatives, and recently built or designed AI agents using modern LLM technologies. What You'll Be Doing Lead technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams Drive incident management and operational excellence initiatives Partner with engineers to improve reliability, automation, and service delivery Support the implementation of AI agents and AI-powered workflow automation Coordinate stakeholders, project plans, roadmaps, and technical deliverables Help deliver initiatives across a large AWS-based environment What We're Looking For Required 3-5+ years of Technical Program Management experience Experience supporting incident management, incident response, SRE, platform operations, or production environments Hands-on experience building or designing AI agents Strong Python skills AWS cloud experience Ability to work effectively with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders Preferred AWS Bedrock Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms Slack integrations Jira Datadog Salesforce Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries Ideal Backgrounds Technical Program Manager Engineering Program Manager Technical Operations Program Manager Platform Program Manager Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) transitioning into program management DevOps or Cloud Engineering professionals with TPM experience This posting represents a current vacancy with our client.
