Job summary

About the Role Robin College is seeking a qualified Adult Education Curriculum Specialist for a short-term, contract/temporary project (fully remote). In this role, you will review, refine, and sign off on our Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) program curriculum materials to ensure full alignment with provincial post-secondary standards and government submission guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate existing ELCC curriculum materials, lesson plans, learning outcomes, and assessment strategy frameworks. Ensure all instructional materials meet rigorous adult education methodology and Alberta post-secondary regulatory standards. Collaborate with the ELCC Subject Matter Expert to validate program alignment. Provide formal documentation and sign-off on curriculum design for provincial qualification applications. Qualifications & Requirements (Strict Criteria) Education: Master’s degree or higher specifically in Adult Education, Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or a directly related post-secondary adult education discipline. (Note: K–12 or General Educational Leadership degrees cannot be accepted per regulatory criteria). Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time equivalent experience (accumulating 4,680+ verifiable hours) specifically dedicated to adult education curriculum development. Skills: Expert knowledge of adult learning theories, competency-based curriculum design, and post-secondary instructional standards. Location: Remote (Open to candidates located anywhere in Canada). Job Details Pay: $30.00 CAD / hour Position Type: Temporary / Contract Work Location: Remote
