As a Logistics Intern, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to optimizing supply chain network solutions that directly impact patient outcomes. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical distribution while leveraging data and technology to tackle real-world supply chain challenges. The Opportunity Engage actively in supply chain optimization and customer logistics management to drive business productivity. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure critical, life-saving treatments reach patients efficiently. Optimize distribution processes and achieve key project milestones under the guidance of expert mentors. Leverage data, enterprise tools, and emerging technologies to solve complex logistics challenges and fulfill customer needs. Gain a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective of the pharmaceutical supply network in a highly collaborative, hybrid work environment. Who You Are You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. You are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in diverse team settings. You bring strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and time-management skills to manage competing priorities effectively. You demonstrate analytical thinking and data proficiency, with experience using tools like Microsoft Excel. You are self-motivated and passionate about working within the healthcare industry to make a meaningful difference for patients. Additional Information Location: Hybrid (Based in Mississauga, ON – minimum 3 days per week in-office) Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Term: 4 or 8-month internship, starting January 2027 This position is not eligible for relocation support. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
