The Opportunity: Senior Data Engineer to work on an Agile team with other data and software engineers to develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data management systems. Partners closely with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions in service of downstream products. Brings strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering highly accurate and available data to enable downstream insights and drive business value. Delivers enhancements to existing data pipelines and develops new pipelines based on defined requirements with minimal guidance Demonstrates strong understanding of data engineering tools and concepts and considered a SME for most, if not all pipelines Detail-oriented mindset and co-creates pipelines with secure, well-validated data across multiple system domains with other squad members in a way that aligns with long-term strategy for People Insights Who You Are: 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technical or leadership competencies can be advantageous Python experience (Pandas preferred) CI/CD tools and methodologies (GitLab, branches, code reviews, merge requests, etc) Understanding of DataOps Practices RDBMS/NoSQL Docker experience AWS experience preferred (EC2 / Lambda / Glue / S3) Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience preferred Relocation benefits are not available for this position. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company. Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field. Required technical competencies include Python (Pandas preferred), CI/CD methodologies, DataOps understanding, RDBMS/NoSQL, and Docker experience, with AWS and Snowflake experience being preferred.
