Rock Solid offers a comprehensive line of services to meet your well servicing, production optimization and refinement needs across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. We pride ourselves on being a "One Stop Shop". Since 1998 Rock Solid and T-Rock CT Services have been running Coil Tubing Units in the Lloydminster / Bonnyville area. From one side entry unit we have expanded our coil tubing fleet to 10 units. All of our units are body job units to minimize our lease footprint. 7 of our coil tubing units 1-1/4" to 1-3/4" capable up to 2800m, with 3 of our units being 1-1/2" to 2" capable with the ability to handle 6000m and 3600m respectively. Recently T-Rock CT Services has added an E-Coil Unit capable of 2500m of 2" or 3200m of 1.5". Most of the units have Medco (DAS) equipped to monitor pipe fatigue. In our Nitrogen pumping fleet, we have 9 glycol heat recovery units capable of pumping rates between 9 to 85 scm/min. Each unit is equipped with 7000scm tanks and have data acquisition to be able to provide real time graphs, digital display with high/low alarms and manual gauges for backup. We also have Direct Fired High Rate N2 Pumpers capable of rates up to 350scm/min. We have a large fleet of nitrogen bulkers to provide any volume of nitrogen to get the job done. In Addition to coil tubing and nitrogen Rock Solid and T-Rock have additional service lines. We have four pickers ranging from 30 ton to 45 ton. The units all have crane smart for ease of mind to let operators know when they are at the unit's limit. We have Texas Bed Trucks, tractors and tank cradles for site cleanup or moves. Rock Solid has five fluid pressure trucks capable of work up to 10,000psi. Each unit has 600HP triplex pump and can pump rates upwards of 1.8m3/min.
