Job Description You will be a Machine Operator level 1 on 1st shift. You will report to the prodcution supervisor. You will work full time working onsite in Cambridge, Ontario. Your Responsibilities Load and unload paint line hangers and operate manufacturing equipment, including spot welders, tunnel systems, tapping, drilling, and pneumatic press equipment. Coordinate workflow and prioritise jobs to ensure efficient production and smooth material movement. Perform finishing and preparation activities, including manual washing, deburring, grinding, buffing, and applying finishing materials. Oversee hoists, cranes, and related equipment while maintaining, cleaning, and adjusting machinery. Process work orders and document production activities, quality checks, and labour reporting using SAP and FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC). Troubleshoot quality issues, conduct inspections, and ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting continuous improvement, cross-training, and team development programmes.
