Job Description Hiring for a production supervisor on days who will manage the day shift and also the execution and management of afternoon shift supervisor. This opening is for who will manage ETO (Engineer to Order) production operations on the day shift. This is backfill position replacing a former employee. You will report directly to the Production Manager. You will work full time onsite in Cambridge, Ontario. Your Responsibilities: Lead daily manufacturing operations, providing direction and guidance to supervisors and employees while resolving issues that could improve production schedules and customer delivery. Improve performance against important operational goals including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial improvement, ensuring execution of company policies and manufacturing best practices. Develop capacity, staffing, and resource plans based on customer demand, production requirements, labour availability, and changing priorities within a high-mix, customised manufacturing environment. Lead supervisors and employees through feedback, performance management, talent development, recognition, and accountability. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and highly engaged work environment built on, mutual respect, integrity. Champion Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement programmes, using structured and waste-reduction methods to improve operational efficiency. Monitor production metrics, labour efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing variances, establishing clear performance targets and implementing actions to improve results. Partner across departments and shifts to coordinate production priorities, improve processes, communicate operational requirements, manage change, and achieve customer commitments. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. Requirements
