Plan music for weekend Masses in collaboration with the pastor, coordinate and rehearse the parish’s three choirs, and arrange cantors and instrumentalists. Recruit and support volunteer musicians and provide music for major liturgical celebrations, weddings, and funerals.

Donation Driver

Safely drive the organization’s van to collect, transport, and deliver donated food and supplies, and assist with grocery shopping and stocking food for the outdoor BBQ. Work with kitchen staff and community partners, follow safe food-handling practices, and keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

Plan, prepare, and present meals for retreat groups while developing menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Oversee kitchen operations, staff, food supplies, sanitation, and related cleaning duties to ensure safe, timely service and a welcoming guest experience.
