Job Description Role : Rooftop loader / Shipper and Receiver Job Summary : Safely load bundles of shingles and related products to the roof. Safely load, unload, move, ship and receive product and inventory. Benefits Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term Disability Short-term Disability RRSP Match Paid Vacation Floating Days Employee Assistance Program Employee Engagement Events Awards and Recognition Tuition reimbursement Service Awards Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products Working closely and co-operatively with driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product Handling material by hand and with use of appropriate equipment Safely loading, unloading, moving, shipping and receiving product and inventory Ensuring orders are picked correctly, tagged and double checked Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store and yard Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation Other duties as required Qualifications Requires physical strength/stamina and the ability to work at heights. Fall Protection/Working at Heights training - an asset (can be provided) Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided) Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly Strong customer service skills Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience - Preferred Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset Authorized to work in Canada Salary range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour **this is a replacement*** Benefits of Employment: Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees. The role involves safely loading roofing materials onto rooftops and managing the shipping, receiving, and movement of inventory. You will work closely with drivers to ensure efficient deliveries while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Candidates must have the physical stamina to lift 80-100lbs and the ability to work at heights. Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, and candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
