Overview This is a development position within the Technology organization responsible for building and supporting modern software solutions leveraging Python, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and emerging AI technologies. The role contributes to the development of Agentic AI solutions, MCP integrations, and distributed application platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and business partners to deliver scalable and secure applications while adhering to established engineering and governance standards. Job Duties Design, develop, test, and support Python-based applications and services. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations. Contribute to development of Agentic AI workflows and MCP-enabled application components. Implement integrations between AI models, enterprise systems, and business applications. Develop reusable services and components following enterprise engineering standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Implement monitoring, logging, and operational controls to ensure service reliability. Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Work with messaging and event-streaming technologies to support asynchronous processing. Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
