This role supports all existing operational processes to achieve project delivery, drive project governance, provide tracking and reporting and assist Senior Management in evolving/maturing Project methodologies. Responsibilities Partner with business product leaders to define vision, development strategy and end to end implementation plans for operational applications Build and maintain product roadmaps, communicate priorities, and align stakeholders across Privacy, Vendor Management and Cyber Risk Management Conduct stakeholder research and vendor product roadmap to inform product enhancement decisions Translate business strategy and AI research into practical prototypes and production features; define actionable AI strategy and roadmap Lead application design efforts with a focus on usability and operational simplicity Drive development and delivery of solutions that support best practice data management and production processes; ensure scalability and long-term maintainability Configure, enhance and maintain OneTrust modules to support Privacy and Vendor Risk Management Identify technology gaps between current and target architectures and recommend remediation or modernization approaches Evaluate, integrate and pilot emerging technologies that expand platform capabilities and create competitive differentiation Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third party solutions, and oversee vendor deliverables and SLAs Manage platform operations: ticket resolution within SLAs, ongoing maintenance, platform governance, and adherence to corporate policies Provide technology guidance and support to Data Privacy, Vendor Management, and Cyber Risk stakeholders; facilitate cross functional collaboration Establishes strong partnership with business product leader and work closely with them to define an overall development and implementation strategy for the suite of applications used by the operations team Conducts stakeholder research for business innovation Bridge advanced AI research/engineering and business strategy Define AI Strategy and Leverage AI for system prototyping Assists with product design and encourages ease of use Drives applications development in support of best practice data management and production processes Identifies new technologies and integrates into existing solutions to expand capabilities and separate from competitors Consults with Business product leaders to develop and communicate product roadmaps Directs the identification of gaps between current-state technology architecture and reference (target) architecture Deliver scalable, high-value products Technology Support for Legal, Compliance and Data Privacy stakeholders Reviews and collates budget submissions; provides quality reports Works with stakeholders to implement value add enhancements to the OneTrust platform Configuration of mulitple modules in the OneTrust platform to support the Privacy and Vendor Risk Management functions Ticket resolution to adhere to SLA's Vendor relationship management **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** About Rose Founded in 1993 Office Locations Across the U.S. 150+ Clients: Corporations and Government Agencies Employee Oriented Company Challenging Assignments Across the U.S. Continuous Professional Development EMPLOYEE COMMENTS We want you to work with us, but don't take our word for it.
