Position Summary Rosor Exploration Ltd. is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Operations Associate to support warehouse operations, equipment logistics, transportation, and facility maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness, equipment organization, and efficient day-to-day warehouse management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics, transportation, and general facility maintenance responsibilities. Location & Requirements Warehouse location: Scarborough, ON Ability to travel across the U.S.–Canada border Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance history Key Responsibilities • Logistics & Transportation • Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies safely and efficiently. • Operate company vehicles for local and cross-border deliveries. • Drive for extended periods when required. • Ensure compliance with U.S.–Canada cross-border travel and transportation requirements. • Pack equipment according to structured packing lists and operational procedures. • Prepare, label, and organize shipments accurately. • Drop off and pick up equipment from vendors, service providers, and job sites. Warehouse Operations • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. • Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are returned to designated storage locations. • Follow inventory and packing lists with accuracy and attention to detail. • Take out garbage and perform general warehouse upkeep. • Perform general operational support and warehouse-related duties. Equipment & Facility Maintenance • Perform general repairs within the warehouse (e.g., installing shelves, organizing storage systems). • Clean and maintain equipment, including removal of rust, dust, and debris. • Conduct routine generator servicing and basic equipment maintenance. • Maintain company vehicles, including tracking oil changes and routine service schedules. • Clean company trucks (interior and exterior). • Perform general facility chores and ensure an organized work environment. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements • Valid Canadian Driver’s License with a clean driving record. • Valid Canadian Passport. • Must be legally eligible to cross the U.S.–Canada border. • Ability to drive for extended periods. • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing basic repairs. • Ability to follow structured checklists and instructions. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Professional, responsible, and reliable work ethic. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics. • Experience performing generator or equipment maintenance. • Familiarity with cross-border transportation processes. • General handyman or mechanical experience. Work Environment This position involves physical activity, including lifting, loading, maintenance tasks, and extended periods of standing. Travel and cross-border driving assignments may be required.
