Job Description What is the opportunity? The Director, Program Delivery will lead, own and drive the execution of large multi-asset /multi-year strategic initiatives. This role oversees multi million dollar program budgets within Capital Markets and Quantitative Technology Services (QTS) divisions. This role requires a solid understanding of Capital Markets technology. Will lead, own and drive the execution of large multi-asset /multi-year strategic initiatives. Own, define and maintain comprehensive multi-year strategic roadmap for Capital Markets and Quantitative Technology services portfolios Own the centralized risk register for the entire portfolio – identify risks, regulatory challenges, cross program dependencies, technical redundancy/obsolescence Lead the annual and multi-year investment planning cycles, provide accurate financial forecasts, burn rate analysis, ROI and provide executive level performance reporting Primary liaison to C-suite executives, providing transparent and timely communication on portfolio health and strategic process Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team of Program Managers, fostering a collaborative environment making data driven decisions Establish appropriate governance and oversight for assigned initiatives What you need to succeed? Bachelor’s degree in CompSci, Finance or related degree. Master’s degree preferred, along with minimum of 10 years strategic portfolio/program delivery in financial services technology. Proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Minimum of 2 years of experience in Capital Markets along with recent/current director level experience Strong problem-solving capabilities; Strong structured, analytical and methodological thinking Strong knowledge of SDLC and 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies & tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Rally Central) Nice to have Prior Big 4 or boutique consulting firm experience Domain expertise in one or more asset classes (Rates, Credit, Equities) and F2B functional areas Front Office (trade capture, pricing, trading risk/pnl), Operations, Product Control, Market and Credit Risk. Experience with AI initiatives 1-2 years people management experience Experience working with AI platforms such as Chat GBT, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic… What’s in it for you?
