Job Description What is the opportunity? Support Entitlements & Tax Reporting Team in the facilitation & maintenance of accurate and timely processing of Dividends, Bond Interest and tax reporting for all 2 million + RBC clients on our book of record. What will you do? Oversight of Cash Dividend payments and processing guidelines Settlement of entitlements due to external parties Reconciliation of ledger balances, due-bill adjustments, etc. Utilize various internal applications and resources to carry out entitlement related operations Coordinate with internal and external parties, maintain great working relationships Must Have Strong Team Building skills Problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills High client service focus Nice to Have Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level capabilities in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Word (track changes, complex formatting). Completion of CSC. Experience in similar operational role related to corporate action and entitlement activities. What's in it for you?
