Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Comox, BC. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through all stages of buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate, including conducting property tours, listing presentations, and negotiations. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing market analyses, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, and managing real estate transactions from initial contact through closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, real estate regulations, and Royal LePage tools and systems. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues, participate in office meetings and training, and represent the Royal LePage brand with professionalism and high-quality service. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations. Strong Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships. Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation. Understanding of Real Property concepts, market trends, and local neighborhood dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple transactions. Comfort with digital tools and real estate technology platforms (CRM systems, MLS, virtual tour tools). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for showings, inspections, and client meetings. Previous experience in residential real estate in the Comox or Vancouver Island area is an asset.
