As an Events Assistant, you will work across a diverse portfolio of clients in hospitality, retail, arts & entertainment, and corporate sectors. You will support the logistics and execution of live events, build venue relationships, and represent leading brands across Metro Vancouver. Events Assistant Responsibilities In this client-facing event role, you will assist with the planning, setup, and on-site coordination of promotional events, corporate functions, and brand activations across Vancouver. You will interact directly with attendees and venue partners, acting as a lead brand ambassador to deliver seamless attendee experiences. You will also assist with run-of-show logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting event outcomes back to the senior management team. Events Assistant Requirements Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, personable approach to guest services and venue interaction. High school diploma or equivalent required; background in hospitality or admin is a plus. No prior event planning experience required, as full comprehensive training is provided.
