The Saskatchewan Branch Manager will lead the growth of RS Breaker & Control Inc within the Saskatchewan market by driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and increasing brand visibility throughout the region. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, implement strategic initiatives to expand market share while ensuring sufficient branch operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share throughout Saskatchewan. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic accounts, industry partnerships, and untapped markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support long-term business growth. Represent RS Breakers & Control at trade shows, industry conferences, networking events, golf tournaments, and other customer engagement activities. Increase brand awareness and strengthen RS Breakers & Control’s presence within the Saskatchewan market through active community and industry involvement. Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and promote RS products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Prepare and implement sales plans, forecasts, and performance objectives to achieve branch revenue targets. Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to foster a customer-focused, results-driven culture. Oversee branch operations, inventory management, and resource planning to ensure efficient and profitable operations. Review Accounts Receivable reports and support collection efforts by maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting timely payment practices. Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, pipeline opportunities, and market initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
