POSITION: Operations Associate Company: RS Breakers & Controls Reports to: Branch Manager / Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day warehouse and counter operations, supporting efficiency and compliance with company policies Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory using proper handling procedures Conduct inventory counts under supervisor direction and assist with stock level management Operate counterbalance forklift (certified or we can get you certified) to move and organize equipment Use scanners and inventory management systems to track products and materials Process customer inquiries and prepare quotes under manager guidance Assist with counter sales operations and provide customer service support Help organize shipping and receiving processes; ensure accurate product labeling and documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; college/trade certification preferred 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, operations, or electrical industry environment Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment regularly Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Working Conditions: On-site warehouse and counter operations; mix of indoor/outdoor work Extended periods standing, walking, or on feet Exposure to varying noise levels, weather conditions, and temperatures Occasional heavy lifting and equipment operation What We Offer: Competitive compensation Employee Benefits Program Professional Development and Growth Opportunities
