Lead daily flowering-room work from plant care through harvest preparation, while monitoring crop health and escalating cultivation or environmental concerns. Coordinate and coach team members, maintain compliant and sanitary work areas, complete documentation and tracking, and support cultivation planning and improvement activities.

Reconcile and validate inventory across company facilities and third-party logistics locations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory transactions and records in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Prepare inventory reports and analyses, support financial close and audit readiness, coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams, and contribute to inventory control improvements.

Execute day-to-day plant nutrition and root zone programs, including irrigation execution and equipment maintenance. Maintain sampling programs, interpret laboratory results, and manage nutrition dashboards and SOPs.

Drive profitable growth and brand visibility across regional key accounts in Western Canada, specifically Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. Manage commercial relationships with retail chains and distributors, overseeing forecasting, promotional execution, and supply chain coordination.
