We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who will support the day-to-day operation of the spa, inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, and help create memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back time and time again. Support the Spa Manager in creating an outstanding spa experience through continuous coaching, training, and development of the Front of House team, ensuring consistently high service standards and operational excellence. About You Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, hospitality or leisure environment. A passionate leader who motivates, coaches and develops others. Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and outstanding customer service. Confident leading a team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commercially aware, with the ability to drive retail sales and maximise revenue opportunities. A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety standards and operational best practices. Key Responsibilities Support the Spa Manager with the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. Lead, motivate and develop the Spa Reception, Host and Rooftop Spa teams, creating a positive and high-performing culture. Act as a Duty Manager, overseeing the smooth and safe operation of the spa and maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and cleanliness. Coach and support team members through training, one-to-ones and ongoing development. Drive retail sales, treatment bookings and upselling opportunities while ensuring commercial targets are achieved. Ensure all health and safety, operational procedures and spa standards are consistently followed. Monitor daily operations, resolve guest queries and complaints professionally, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest journey. Deliver spa treatments and wellness experiences when required, maintaining the highest professional standards. Support the Spa Manager with rota planning, reporting and other operational duties to ensure the efficient running of the department.
