As a Turndown Supervisor, you will ensure that the Turndown service to our guests at the highest standard. Part-Time 20 hours per week Key Responsibilities Ensure a smooth transition between days and evenings Complete turndown sheets, writing down diner times & any special requirements Turning down allocated rooms as follows: Turn back duvets, Replenish tea/ coffee and wash crockery/glasses, Draw curtains, empty bins, replacing towels and water as necessary. Making sure any guests' requirements and preferences are actioned - rooms to Twin/Double, extra bathrobes etc. Following hotel policies and procedures. Regular checks & cleans of guest public toilets (Clocktower & House) Helping out with laundry (face cloths and cleaning cloths - NOT bed linen!) Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Ensure service standards are followed. Ironing guest laundry if requested Complete a handover sheet for to inform the next team of any important info/ changes In return for your hard work and commitment we offer: Enhanced pay - 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays) Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks A range of discounts including 50% off spa days and dining, not to mention preferential room rates for employees and family (subject to availability of course) Annual party, family fun days, and award dinners - we love to celebrate!
