What You’ll Lead 📣 Sales Strategy & Execution Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets. Drive retail, PT, and event revenue. Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells. 🏃 Daily Operations Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow. Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards. Solve problems before they hit the floor. 👥 Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, schedule, and develop FOH + trainers. Set weekly expectations and hold accountability. Create a culture of energy, ownership, and fun. 🌆 Community & Member Experience Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers. Lead in-studio engagement, social presence, and partnership events. Keep retention high and the vibe even higher. 📊 Performance Scaling Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data. Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly. Communicate results with clarity and confidence. Your Background 5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership. Proven sales track record — you’ve crushed targets and coached others to do the same. High-energy leadership style: loud wins, strong coaching, team-first mentality.
