Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered. - Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations. - Maintain personal and productivity goals - Establish a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. - Ability to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs. - Maintain knowledge of all products through product training. - Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media. Qualifications: - 0-3 years of retail experience - Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience. - Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his enthusiasm for running. - Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision. - Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays Running Room welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
